The founder of the optimisation theory used in the COMET Optimal Scheduler.  He has played a central role in the practical application of long term strategic analysis in the mining industry for over 25 years.  Many of the world's largest mining companies including BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Glencore, CODELCO and Teck have leveraged from his expertise in how to apply the optimisation principals.  Recently he has discovered and implemented a way to incorporate a much more environmentally responsible mining through integrating agricultural land usage optimisation with mining  to produce a sustainable benefits for the communities for centuries to come.
