On 27 March, the government tabled the Treasury Laws Amendment (Financial Market Infrastructure and other Measures) Bill 2024. If passed, many entities that lodge financial reports in Australia will be obliged to include climate-related disclosures from FY2025-26.

In this presentation we will unpack some of the implications for Australian miners and take a brief look at what is happening in other major markets.
