About this event

The seminar will be held on Monday, 30 October 2023, immediately prior to the 2023 IMARC Conference.

The aim of the seminar is to share the experience gained by some highly credentialed resources professionals and panellists who have operated with a range of global mining and metals companies. You will hear some of their personal learnings and stories about how to advance and execute complex capital projects.

Optimising various opportunities and managing the risk is the key that any business case can be confidently endorsed by a board and realistically delivered by an organisation.

The seminar will focus on some of the key areas of leadership, team building and risk management - all of these are key to ultimate successful delivery of complex capital projects.
