Suzy Miller

CEO, Head Coach and Facilitator
Suzy is an experienced and highly regarded professional in the field of executive and leadership development. She discovered her passion for this during her 22 years in NAB, as a senior manager for 10 years, leading teams of 250 sales professionals. Throughout her career, Suzy has been passionate about taking her skills and translating them into programs and presentations that lift the aspiration and performance of underrepresented groups.

In 2011, she established her business to follow her passion in leadership development and executive coaching and has built a team of executive coaches and facilitators. They have worked with diverse clients such as IBM, NAB, Westpac, Flight Centre, Clubs NSW, Specs Savers, NSW Police, PCYC NSW, Honeywell, Business Events Sydney, University of Newcastle, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Pacific Smiles Dental, Private Hospitals, Mining and Manufacturing Sector and various State/Local Governments.

Suzy’s corporate background is one of her greatest strengths as a coach and facilitator, since she has personally experienced many of the complex organisational challenges confronted by her clients. Her personal experience in leadership, implementing organisation restructures and cultural change, she understands what is required to have it embedded in an effective and sustainable way.

Suzy is a champion for youth from diverse backgrounds, working to empower them to become the next generation of leaders. Motivated by a desire to use her expertise for the community’s benefit, Suzy ran youth leadership programs over a 5-year period. Suzy’s leadership in the program saw over 400 Central Coast/Hunter young people connect to Mentors in their community, to build their aspirations, goals and develop leadership skills. Suzy has a passion for innovation and implemented an award-winning Women’s Leadership Mentoring program. This unique outcome focussed program builds confidence, leadership, branding and emotional intelligence for diverse women in Regional Australia.

Suzy is an accredited executive coach, NLP Practitioner and DISC Advanced behavioural profiling accredited facilitator and has completed aboriginal cultural awareness training. She has demonstrated expertise in leadership, training, coaching, mentoring, inspiring and motivating others. She is authentic, enthusiastic, energetic, organised and is pragmatic, with notable skills in communicating with a diverse audience and public speaking.

Suzy was the recipient of 2016 Gosford City Council Australia Day Outstanding Achievement Award, recognising her contribution in developing leadership in youth and women. In 2018, Suzy was a Top 4 Finalist in NSW Business Woman of the Year awards. In 2019, Suzy was included in the Australian Financial Review/Qantas “100 Women of Influence”, recognising contributions made to Australian society and the commitment to increasing the visibility of women’s leadership. Suzy was listed by the Australian Business Journal’s Top 20 Leadership Experts of 2021.
