I designed these workshops to harness the power of the individual to influence others and nurture upstander skills within organisations. Speaker/s
Jessica Hickman
With a background working in Human Resources in local government, construction, council, and oil and gas.
Jessica’s work has led her to receive the Exceptional Women in Resources and The Northern Territory Achiever Awards, but her role did not come without extreme challenges.
