About this event
Following last years of sell out event, WIMNet SA continues to provide a mindfulness experience to reduce mental stress while networking.
Research shows creative activities can relieve stress, aid communication and help the arrest of cognitive decline. Just 45 minutes of creative activity has been shown to significantly lessen stress in the body.
The event is held at one of Adelaide's best paint and sip venues, Vintage Van Goh studio. All paint, canvas and art smock provided by the venue.
Drinks and nibbles included.
