Following last year's sell out event, WIMnet SA continues to provide a mindfulness experience to reduce mental stress while networking.
Research shows creative activities can relieve stress, aid communication and help the arrest of cognitive decline. Just 45 minutes of creative activity has been shown to significantly lessen stress in the body.
The event is held at one of Adelaide’s best 'Paint and Sip' venues, Vintage Van Gogh studio.
