Celebrating Belinda Rasti from Jetcrete, a Byrnecut company
Meet Belinda Rasti, Safety Manager at Jetcrete, a Byrnecut company. She is a seasoned safety and systems leader with over 15 years’ experience in underground mining. With strong technical and operational expertise, she leads safety, quality and compliance frameworks and is a passionate advocate for advancing women’s participation and leadership in mining.
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (OHS) from Edith Cowan University and commenced her career as an HSEQ Graduate, building a strong foundation in safety, health and environmental management. In addition to her technical expertise, Belinda brings hands-on operational experience, having operated multiple types of plant and equipment on site. She is currently Safety Manager at Jetcrete, following roles as Safety Trainer, Safety Coordinator and Systems and Compliance Manager with major underground mining service contractors.
Belinda is known for building and leading robust safety, quality and compliance teams and frameworks, and has a strong passion for advancing women in mining and supporting the industry’s evolution through greater female participation across the workforce and in leadership.
