Naomi is a registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ of experience working with organisations to improve key business levers such as productivity, performance, safety, engagement, diversity and inclusion through workplace behaviours. Her experience has seen her work across all levels of organisations from developing strategic initiatives with executive leaders to facilitating working groups, auditing internal processes, and delivering frontline skills training. She has a deep understanding and passion for the role Psychological Safety has in facilitating organisational improvement.
