Peta is passionate about changing the way we have traditionally approached mental health and believes employers and industry have a unique and powerful leadership role to play.  Moving beyond stigma, awareness and disclosure, she has a real time dashboard of global trends emerging through her role as a Co-Creator in the Jacobs led One Million Lives project, and as Creator of Australia’s Biggest Mental Health Check in.  The data has given us never before understood insights that move beyond measuring the problem and inform the most effective and efficient path to being well.

She is optimistic and passionate about what we can achieve together and believes that for industries bold enough to think differently, the solution will not only turn the tide on the rising mental health epidemic, but will increase safety, engagement, productivity and performance.
