1. Campaign Overview:

This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&C) for the "Special thank you offer for International Members" campaign (the "Campaign") offered by AusIMM. By participating in this Campaign, you (the "Member") agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Objective:

The Campaign aims to thank AusIMM members from our international community (excluding Australia) with a special offer to undertake an AusIMM online course in 2024.

3. Eligibility:

This Campaign is open exclusively to 2024 financial AusIMM members in the grades of Associate, Member and Fellow who reside in any country except Australia.

The campaign excludes any members who are not financial (ie have membership dues outstanding) at the time of the campaign launch.

4. Campaign Period:

Gift cards (the “Offer”) will be issued to eligible members on 1 May 2024 and can be redeemed between 1 May 2024 and 30 November 2024.

5. The Offer:

• All eligible members will receive a AU$100 AusIMM Courses gift card that may be used for any AusIMM Professional Certificate Course or AusIMM Short Course / Associate Certificate from the 2024 AusIMM courses calendar.
• The gift card will be provided as a code to be used at checkout and must be redeemed at the time of enrolment.
• This offer is non-transferable and can only be used once by the financial AusIMM member.
• Gift cards must be redeemed by 30 November 2024.

7. Exclusions:

• This offer cannot be combined with any other AusIMM offer or discount, including early bird discounts, group discounts, or any other promotional offers.
• Employees of AusIMM and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

8. Additional Information:

• AusIMM reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice, including the right to terminate the campaign at an earlier date.
• Any suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Campaign and potential loss of membership benefits.
