Nick has 35 years’ experience working in the coal industry in Australia and overseas, at both underground and open cut mines. 11 years have been spent working as the mine site geotechnical engineer at Kestrel, Kenmare and Laleham collieries. During his time at the mine site Nick was also a member of the Queensland Mines Rescue Brigade for more than 10 years
