Pouyan is a multidisciplinary principal geotechnical and structural engineer with extensive experience exceeding 19 years in engineering and management. He holds esteemed Fellow status with Engineers Australia and Chartered Engineering accreditation in civil, geotechnical, and structural domains, alongside Membership in AusImm recognition in Mining's Geotechnics. Pouyan has contributed to a range of notable design and construction projects worldwide, including tailing and water dams, mining ventures, infrastructure developments, ports, marine structures, buildings, foundations, roads, Seismic designs, and tunnels across diverse global locations. In addition to his industry commitments, Pouyan actively contributes to academia by publishing research papers and presenting at international conferences. He also serves as a part-time lecturer and thesis supervisor for master’s and PhD students. Pouyan's comprehensive background in geotechnical engineering, backed by a PhD and Advanced Diploma in project management, equips him to lead complex projects and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, emphasizing a commitment to innovation and execution excellence.
