Notice of AusIMM AGM – 18 June 2025

AusIMM's 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 2.00 – 3.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 18 June 2025.

All current financial members (Student, Graduate, Associate, Member, Fellow and Honorary Fellow) are invited to attend the meeting. 

The AGM will be a hybrid meeting. To register to attend virtually please click here.

If you are a member and wish to attend in person, the meeting will be held at William Buck, 20/181 William St, Melbourne, 3000. Please RSVP to meetings@ausimm.com to confirm your attendance.

The business of the meeting will include: 

  • Overview of 2024-2025 AusIMM activities
  • Confirmation of minutes from AusIMM's 2024 AGM (held on 12 June 2024)
  • Consideration of AusIMM’s 2024 Annual Financial Statements 
  • Timetable for election of Directors to the AusIMM Board 2026-2028
  • General business (including Q&A session)

Meeting format

Members will have the opportunity to ask questions at the AGM. Alternatively, Members may prefer to email questions in advance of the meeting to meetings@ausimm.com. These questions must be received by Monday, 9 June 2025. 

Please note that we may respond directly to your question before the AGM or address the question during the meeting if several queries on the same topic are received.
