AusIMM Mining Society announces recipient of the Third Year Mining Student Award 2023

The Mining Society are excited to announce that the annual MinSoc Third Year Mining Student Award has been awarded to Liam Brunton for his excellent submission of his vacation work report.

The Award directly covers the cost of a single mining subject to a maximum value of $2,000.

The Mining Society would like to thank all students for their submissions. The submissions were fantastic to read and really showed how much vacation employment made a difference to each of the students.

We encourage students entering third year of university to submit their vacation work reports to be eligible for the MinSoc Award next year.
