AusIMM Social and Environmental Society - Call for Committee Nominations for 2023

Nominations are now open to fill 4 vacant positions on the AusIMM Social and Environment Society Committee for a 3-year period, 2023 - 2025.

The AusIMM Social and Environment (S&E) Society, represented by the S&E Society Committee, aims to provide a balanced and informed voice on social and environment issues, relevant to resource professionals. To find out more about S&E activities and initiatives click here >

The S&E Committee is seeking a diverse range of individuals and representation covering a variety of work environments, commodities, and locations. Participating in a Society Committee is a rewarding experience and a great way to get involved with the AusIMM, help promote social and environmental best practice and meet new professionals.

Candidates for nomination must be financial members of the AusIMM and be available to attend one-hour monthly meetings via teleconference.

If you are interested in joining the Society Committee, please fill out the Nomination Form (sent via email to all eligible nominees).

An election will be held should the number of nominations received exceed positions available.

Nominations close on Friday 28th October.
