New Leaders' 2005
The AusIMM in conjunction with the AusIMM Southern Queensland Student Chapter hosted the 2005 New Leaders' Conference in Brisbane. This event is becoming an increasingly valuable tool for students, mining companies and professionals to interact, often for the first time.
The theme of the 2005 Conference was Balancing Career and Lifestyle in a Mining Industry Profession'. The conference invited a wide range of topics to be presented including new and innovative technical papers and topical issues that don't always fit into the normal technical proceedings.
