Digital work preparation tool for sub-surface construction work in mines – an approach to optimisation
The raw material extraction within the underground mining process faces new challenges with negative influences on the efficiency of the mining process itself. The grand demand of raw materials leads to the fact, that well exploitable raw material deposits are mostly exhausted and mining processes are mostly non-sustainable. With the declining deposit contents, the ratio of profit to effort changes negatively under the consideration of productivity and sustainability, the main cause for this change can be found within greater depths and decreasing deposit contents. With that in mind, the corporate processes need to be changed to compensate the negative changes within the mining processes by providing economic corporate processes.
