^ These years may include time in government, academia, research organisations and associated industries.
*Completing first tertiary degree, diploma, certificate or apprenticeship, with no previous work experience in the resources sector and not eligible for any other grades.
**Meets all Member grade requirements and have held a position of senior responsibility for a period of at least 15 years, during which have achieved distinction through personal contribution to science or industry.
