*Completing first tertiary degree, diploma, certificate or apprenticeship, with no previous work experience in the resources sector and not eligible for any other grades.
**Meets all Member grade requirements and have held a position of senior responsibility for a period of at least 15 years, during which have achieved distinction through personal contribution to science or industry.

*Acceptable referees include Members & Fellows of AusIMM or of any other professional association whose members are bound by a code of ethics; professionals authorised to witness Australian Commonwealth statutory declarations; and their international counterparts. They must have personal knowledge of the applicant.
**Names and contact details of three current AusIMM Fellows or Members (at least two must be Fellow) are required for Fellow sponsors. They must have personal knowledge of the applicant.
