Lisa is a technical specialist (metallurgy) and project manager with more than 25 years in the resources industry. Lisa’s experience spans projects in multiple continents, from exploration to delivery. She is committed to identifying, assessing and mitigating risks to lead teams safely and achieve critical objectives.

Peter is a process-driven, strategically minded mining engineer with 35 years of experience in operations management and consulting providing technical and operational support. After 20 years in site-based operational roles Peter has spent over 17 years’ experience working on and leading multi-discipline study teams on projects across commodities and regions. He has extensive experience in multi-discipline project evaluations, independent technical reviews, and due diligence projects, and has managed and prepared independent reports for internal and public reporting and disclosure.

Karl has more than 30 years’ mining industry experience in diverse mining environments in operational, technical, consulting, and corporate roles. He has expertise and skills across the mining business process and is a trusted advisor to executives in the mining industry. He has been a project sponsor, a project manager, a technical lead and a contributor to well over 500 diverse, world-wide mining industry assignments. These span feasibility studies, strategic analysis, business and life of mine planning, Ore Reserve estimates, due diligence reviews, expert reports, minerals project valuations and operational optimisation.

Paul is a Mining Engineer with over 40 years’ experience and is currently CEO at Enthalpy Pty Ltd. During his consultancy career Paul has led numerous Independent Peer Reviews and feasibility studies. He has also fulfilled several senior roles including Global Head of Mining Anglo American, CEO AMC Consultants, Mining Practice Lead Advisian, Operations Manager Clough Engineering, Mine Manager at Northparkes and Renison Tin Mines, and Chief Mining Engineer at Mt Lyell Copper Mine.
