Alessandro Silva is a geologist with MSc qualifications in geostatistics, resource evaluation and metallogeny. He has more than 21 years’ international experience in the mining industry working in operations and projects in Americas Continent (Brazil, Argentina, USA, Chile, Canada, Colombia, Peru) in a wide range of geological environments and deposit types including Archean Lode Sulphides, Archean Conglomerates, Epithermal Veins, Porphyritic, Intrusion Related, Volcanic Associated, BIF Hosted with Sulphides and Quartz Alteration. His skills are in geological modelling, resource evaluation for Open Pit and Underground mines, resources and reserves audit, due diligence and business development, public reporting, quantitative risk assessment using geostatistical methods, to support mine geology, reconciliation, project management, statutory and competent persons’ reporting, and mining studies. Alessandro Silva has experience as a Competent/Qualified Person Gold, Silver and Copper supporting executive decisions for projects, operations, and business development initiatives.
