Elle Yudelman is a seasoned sustainability and external affairs professional with over a decade of experience in the resources sector. With a strong scientific foundation in geology and oceanography, she has held both operational and corporate roles, consistently focused on enhancing ESG performance from within organisations. Throughout her career, most recently at South32 and previously at BHP, Elle has led initiatives across a range of critical above-ground risk areas, including global sustainability governance, tailings management, Indigenous engagement, sustainability reporting, and public policy. Her work has centred on strengthening governance frameworks, improving transparency, and driving performance improvements across complex stakeholder environments. Elle is known for her strategic and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and ESG strategy development. She is committed to delivering practical, solution-oriented outcomes that support business resilience and sustainable value creation.
