1.0 Places in a self-paced course that are purchased as part of a block-package are accessible for 12-months from the date of invoice of the block package.

1.1 Participants will have six months from when they are enrolled by AusIMM to sign in and commence their course, unless

  (a) there is less than six months left on the block package agreement, or

  (b) a shorter time period has been agreed between AusIMM and the company or organisation who purchased the package

1.2 Once a participant has logged in and commences the course, they will have access to it until the completion of the block package period as detailed in 1.1, unless a shorter access period is agreed between AusIMM and the company or the organisation.

1.3 Extensions or deferrals of the time period in clause 1.2 are not permitted.

1.4 If a participant has been enrolled but has not logged in and commenced the course, that participant may be replaced by a different participant at the company’s request. No refunds are permitted.

1.5 If a participant has logged and commenced the course, that participant cannot be replaced, regardless of whether they complete the course or not.
