Ralph is one of Australia's most respected mining experts, with more than five decades fo experience in iron ore processing, mineral sampling and resource research. An Honary Fellow of AusIMM and former Chief Research Scientist with the CSIRO, Dr Holems has played a significant role in advanceing industry standards, leading international reserach collaborations and shaping some of the mining sector's most influential technical conferences.
