Hunter Region Branch: Message from the Chair - October 2026

Dear Members,

As the year inexorably marches on towards Christmas, you’ll be pleased to hear your committee still has the foot to the floor. With Bathurst on next weekend and the Big Grand Final where our beloved Knights have finally made the big dance again, there’s much to be looking forward to.

Like the Knights, there’s much the AusIMM Hunter community has done to put on a big show in October too!  The Jameson Lecture. Please register and come along to help celebrate our most anticipated technical event of year. Paul Revell is a seasoned expert and a fabulous orator. I know you’ll enjoy what he has to say.

Congress is in November in Newcastle too. There is much to look forward too. We extend a welcome to any of our new members. We hope to see you and all members at an AusIMM event sometime soon.
