The AusIMM 2009 Remuneration and Employment Survey Report provides a comprehensive report on remuneration trends, work practices, job preferences and attitudes towards changes in the workplace, as indicated by professional in the minerals sector. The study has been carried out annually since 2007 and longitudinal analysis is conducted in comparison to other years. This is the first time the study was carried out since the minerals boom' and includes some interesting findings on how overall confidence in the sector during 2009 has impacted employment trends and professional choices._x000D_
