Geoscience Society -WA’s Moon shot: the inside story of the Binar Space Program

Phil’s talk will cover SSTC planetary research, the space missions that the team is involved in, and the Binar Space Program. The Binar program was Initiated by SSTC 5 years ago, with the goal of developing highly integrated small spacecraft for Earth orbit and planetary missions. The team flew WAs first spacecraft in August 2021. Their focus now is a lunar orbiter mission in 2026 to gather baseline geophysical data on the distribution of lunar resources.
