Our speaker for this session is passionate about the effort required to transform words into action. George Bauk has been part of the dramatic shift in safety performance within our industry over the past 30 years. Today, he speaks about his journey of safety discovery from being a shop floor employee to holding the legal obligations of a Managing Director. It is his story, a journey of self-realisation, acceptance of responsibility and an authenticity to care for others.
