Optimisation of the comminution circuit, which forms a critical part of the mining value chain, is a wide and much researched topic and continues to be the focus of research and many performance improvement initiatives. The webinar will introduce a comprehensive systematic approach to mill optimisation from both a technical perspective (what we call the Hard issues) and a change management / human behaviour perspective (which we call the Soft issues). Ultimately the webinar will aim to give participants a kick-start to embark on a journey to continuous optimisation in their milling operations to maximise value from their existing circuits as part of their output in the mining value chain.
