Camilo García de Carellán is a Managing Director at Accenture, based in Santiago, Chile, where he leads Partners in Performance across Latin America. Prior to joining Accenture, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked closely with C-suite executives and boards across the global mining industry. In his current role, he supports senior leaders across Latin America in tackling their most critical priorities, with a focus on driving sustainable, on-the-ground results.
