AusIMM Director Nominations 2027-2029
Nominations for election of Directors to the AusIMM Board for the term 2027-2029 are now open.
Serving as a Director provides an opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of AusIMM and allows you to make a meaningful contribution to the broader resources sector.
Directors play an integral role in the ongoing success of AusIMM. The Board provides leadership and strategic oversight for the organisation and oversees AusIMM’s financial performance, risk management and governance processes.
The profiles of current AusIMM Directors are available here.
In accordance with AusIMM’s Royal Charter and By-Laws there are three elected Director vacancies on the Board for the 2027-2029 term. AusIMM Directors Joanne Heyes and Michelle Lawson's initial terms conclude this year, and accordingly they are eligible for re-election.
