The results from our Diversity and Inclusion Surveys

Each year AusIMM conducts research into the experiences and perspectives of people in mining.

The insights we gain help to drive positive outcomes and improve gender diversity and inclusion across our sector.

We advocate, educate, share insights and equip resources professionals with tools and guidance to make a tangible contribution through their own work.

Preliminary finding of the 2024 Survey will be available in late February and final results expected in May.

In 2023 we changed our Women in Mining Survey to a Diversity and Inclusion Survey.
