Beth Shaw is a Partner at PwC, advising organisations on people, change, culture, diversity and inclusion. She has worked across a number of industries including police, sport, government, education, retail and resources and has led pro-bono work for the Champions of Change Coalition.

Beth is a Board Member of the Stella Prize, which celebrates excellence in Australian women’s writing. She is the former President of UN Women Australia, the national committee representing the United Nation’s gender equality agency, and former Deputy Chair of the Australian Inclusion Group, supporting people with disabilities.

Beth has published widely on diversity issues, including in The Australian, the Australian Financial Review and The Sydney Morning Herald and presented on diversity and inclusion topics around Australia and at the UN Commission on the Status of Women in New York.

In recognition of her work driving change across business, government and the community sector, the Australian Financial Review named Beth one of Australia’s 100 most influential women, and WA Business News awarded her the Professional Services Award at the 40Under40 Awards. Prior to consulting, Beth was the Executive Director of the UN Association of Australia and a solicitor at the State Solicitor’s Office.
