Notice of AusIMM AGM – 21 May 2026
AusIMM's 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 2.00 - 3.00pm (AEST) on 21 May 2026.
All current financial members (Student, Graduate, Associate, Member, Fellow and Honorary Fellow) are invited to attend the meeting.
The AGM will be a hybrid meeting. To register to attend virtually please click here.

The business of the meeting will include:
- Overview of 2025-26 AusIMM activities
- Confirmation of minutes from AusIMM’s 2025 AGM (held on 18 June 2025)
- Consideration of AusIMM’s 2025 Annual Financial Statements
- Timetable for election of Directors to the AusIMM Board 2027 to 2029
- General business (including Q&A session)
Meeting format
Members will have the opportunity to ask questions at the AGM. Alternatively, members may prefer to email questions in advance of the meeting to meetings@ausimm.com. These questions must be received by Tuesday 12 May 2026.
Please note that we may respond directly to your question before the AGM or address the question during the meeting if several queries on the same topic are received.
