The Minprex 2000 volume arises from the International Congress on Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy held in Melbourne in September 2000. The Congress was developed to consider this unique time - the change of a millennium - to reflect on the achievements of the recent past and to consider issues that will increasingly concern the minerals industries in the future. The volume contains 78 papers (over 600 pages), and are grouped under the following headings: Keynote Addresses, General, Mineral Processing, Hydrometallurgy, Pyrometallurgy.
