The New Leaders' conference series, previously the Young Leaders' series, is The AusIMM's increasingly popular series of annual conferences aimed at Students and New Professionals. The New Leaders' 2004 Conference had as its theme 'The Minerals Industry - Future Directions for New Leaders'.
