The S&E Society aims to improve cross-discipline collaboration, support and plan conferences and promotes the mining industry to the wider community. The Society also develops professional development opportunities via a range of mediums such as regional road shows, technical presentations, publications, and webinars. There is also a large effort made to strengthen guidance to non-S&E practitioners and provide mentoring programs.
